Nationwide tractor transport

How Tractor Transport Works

Good tractor shipping begins before the truck arrives. These steps help create a more accurate quote and smoother pickup.

1. Gather specifications

Provide the make, model, approximate weight, overall length, width and height. Measure with all attachments in their travel position.

2. Describe condition

State whether the tractor starts, drives, steers and brakes. Identify leaks, flat tires, missing parts or loading limitations.

3. List attachments

Include loaders, buckets, backhoes, mowers, duals, weights and loose implements. Photos are helpful when configuration is unusual.

4. Confirm access

Describe both sites, including road width, gates, overhead clearance, soft ground and space for a transport truck to maneuver.

5. Prepare the machine

Remove personal items, secure loose pieces, reduce fuel when practical and follow any equipment-specific shutdown instructions.

6. Coordinate pickup

Make sure a responsible contact is available at origin and destination and that required keys or loading help are ready.

Tractor shipping questions

How much does it cost to ship a tractor?

Pricing depends on distance, tractor dimensions and weight, trailer requirements, operating condition, attachments, site access and timing. A complete quote request produces the most useful estimate.

Can you move a tractor that does not run?

Non-running tractors may be transportable, but loading requirements must be identified in advance. Tell us whether it rolls, steers and brakes and what loading equipment is available.

Do you transport tractors across state lines?

Yes. Service is available throughout the contiguous lower 48 United States.

Can attachments travel with the tractor?

Often, yes. List every attachment and its dimensions. Some attachments may need to be removed and secured separately.
